Betty demonstrates how to make Quick Energy Peanut Butter Balls. This is a delicious sweet treat containing crunchy peanut butter and chocolate chips.


Confectioners sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Crunchy peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Semisweet chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Instant nonfat dry milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Water 3 Tablespoon
For coating
Graham cracker crumb 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1/2



1. In a shallow dish, place graham cracker crumbs and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, combine confectioner's sugar, crunchy peanut butter, semisweet chocolate chips, instant nonfat dry milk, and water. Mix until well combined.

3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and roll them in graham cracker crumbs until well coated.

4. On a cookie sheet, place the peanut butter balls and refrigerate until firm.



5. Serve and enjoy!
