Peach Puree

Ingredients

Ripe peaches 2 Large , coarsely chopped
Lemon juice/Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
Frozen orange juice concentrate 2 Teaspoon , undiluted
Orange flavored liqueur 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1) Use a blender or food processor with steel blade, to add all the ingredients.

2) Process all the ingredients to a smooth paste. If required, prepare the paste in 2 batches.

3) Transfer to a bowl, and place inside refrigerator to chill.

SERVING

4) Serve the peach puree alone or with bread rolls, by dusting a pinch of cinnamon powder on top, if desired.

TIPS

When the puree is to be prepared more than an hour ahead, add 1 more teaspoon of lemon or lime juice to retain the original color of peach. Tightly cover and chill, until you serve.
