Peach Mint Wine Cooler

June is peach season in Arkansas! Garden and lifestyle expert P. Allen Smith shares with us one of his favorite seasonal treats -- a homemade peach wine cooler.

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar splash sparkling water
2 tbsp. mint, chopped
4 peaches, peeled, pitted
1/4 cup peach brandy
2 bottles riesling, or other sweet wine

Directions

Put the prepared peaches, mint, cup sugar and brandy in a food processor. Blend for about two minutes.Place in the refrigerator to chill.Just before serving add two chilled bottles of a sweet German wine like Riesling and sparkling water to taste.
