Carrot | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , diced | |
Cauliflower | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , diced | |
Cumin/Cinnamon powder, garlic powder, onion powder, garam masala | 1 Pinch |
GETTING READY
1. Wash and dice carrots and cauliflower.
MAKING
2. In a steamer, steam carrots and cauliflower for 5-6 minutes.
3. In blender, put the steamed vegetables and blend it until smooth.
SERVING
4. Cool it and serve.
