Chicken Sausage Pasta

This pasta is a very convenient dish which is filling. It can be made with any number of ingredients depending on the availability. a versatile dish that tastes simply great!


Penne pasta 200 Gram
Chicken sausage 100 Gram
Onion 50 Gram
Capsicum 2
Red bell pepper 2
Yellow bell pepper 2
Baby corns 50 Gram
Button mushrooms 50 Gram
Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)
Salt To Taste
Oregano 1 Pinch
Chilli flakes 10 Gram
Eggs 1



1. Chop baby corns & button mushrooms coarsely.

2. Cut onions, capsicums, red & yellow bell peppers lengthwise into thin strips.


3. Boil water in a bowl and add the pasta to it.

4. Cook for 10-12 minutes before removing from heat.

5. Drain water and keep pasta aside.

6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken sausages till brown.

7. Remove from heat and keep aside.

8. Boil the egg, peel the shell, and halve it. Keep aside.

9. Heat the oil again and add all the vegetables including the onions.

10. Sauté on low flame for 5-7 minutes.

11. Add the boiled pasta and salt to the vegetables.

12. Stir carefully to avoid the pasta sticking to the sides of the pan.

13. Cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.

14. Season with oregano and chilli flakes.


15. Ladle pasta on a serving plate and garnish with fried sausages.

16. Place boiled egg half on top of the pasta.

17. Serve hot with a sauce of your choice.
