Penne with No Cook Tomato Sauce

Juliana teaches you to make a delicious tomato sauce that doesn't need to be cooked! This sauce can be made with any pasta to create a gourmet Italian dish. This Mediterranean Diet recipe is quick and easy to make and good for you.


Penne pasta 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Fresh tomatoes 3 Large
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
Sea salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Basil 1 Tablespoon
Red pepperoncini 1/2 Teaspoon
Pecorino romano cheese 1 Tablespoon
Olive oil 2 Teaspoon



1. Boil penne pasta for 10 minutes.

2. Chop the tomatoes in equal cubes, put it in a bowl.

3. Add salt, garlic, basil and olive oil. Stir it well.

4. Strain pasta and toss it with tomatoes.


5. Pile onto a plate. Sprinkle grated Romano cheese on top

6. Serve with crust bread.
