Fettuccine with Spinach Sauce

Fettuccine 16 Ounce (1 package)
Frozen spinach 10 Ounce , chopped (1 package)
Butter/Margarine 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Ricotta cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Parmesan cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , grated
Whipping cream 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Ground nutmeg 1/4 Teaspoon



1)Cook fettuccine and spinach and keep it aside.

2)In a large skillet melt butter and add spinach, cheese, whipping cream, salt and nutmeg.

3)In the mixture combine spinach and noodles, tossing it well.


4)Serve this delectable fettuccine with spinach sauce as soon as it is ready.
