Cheese Tortellini with Ham

Ingredients

Dried cheese filled tortellini 8 Ounce
Butter 6 Tablespoon
Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Frozen peas 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , thawed
Canadian bacon 3 Ounce , julienned (5 thin round slices)
Freshly grated parmesan cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Cook tortellini according to package directions.

2) Drain them and keep aside.

MAKING

3) In a large skillet, melt butter.

4) Add tortellini.

5) Stir in whipping cream, peas and Canadian bacon and boil everything

6) Remove fthe skillet rom heat and add Parmesan cheese.

7) Let the skillet stand for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.

SERVING

8) Serve the cheese tortellini with buttered garlic bread.
