Angel Hair Pasta with Pesto

Angel hair pasta 16 Ounce
Whipping cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Pesto 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , minced
Boneless chicken breasts 1 Pound , cut into narrow strips



1) Cook pasta according to package directions.

2) Drain the pasta and return to pot.


3) Meanwhile, in small saucepan, boil the cream.

4) Add pesto; remove pan from heat and set aside.

5) In a large skillet, heat oil.

6) Add garlic and saute about 1 minute.

7) Add chicken strips; cook until lightly browned and tender, stirring frequently.

8) Add pesto sauce to chicken and let it simmer.

9) Add to pasta and toss to mix.


10) Serve the pasta with crusty bread.
