Cheese Stuffed Manicotti

Spaghetti sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Ricotta cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Garlic clove 1/2 Small , finely chopped
Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Manicotti pasta 3 , cooked, drained and cooled (Tubes)


Spread 2 tbsp of the spaghetti sauce in 24-oz shallow casserole [2 tbsp in each of two 24-oz shallow casseroles].

Mix remaining ingredients except manicotti tubes and remaining spaghetti sauce.

Fill each manicotti tube with about 2 tbsp cheese mixture; arrange in casserole[s].

Spoon remaining spaghetti sauce over tops, covering manicotti tubes completely.

Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on medium-high (385 watts) until hot, 3 to 5 min [6 to 8 min].
