Mirepoix of vegetables | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) | |

Butter/Olive oil | 1 1/2 Tablespoon |
Boil the pasta in salted water, drain, and toss with the melted butter, parmesan or romano cheese, and the mirepoix.
Place in a buttered baking dish, and sprinkle more cheese on top.
Some people like to drizzle more butter or oil on top.
Bake in a 375° oven until browned on top, about 20 minutes.
