Pasta Carbonara is an easy pasta dish to make, it takes very little time, and so little effort that you can have dinner on your table in less than 30 minutes. Did I mention it was inexpensive to make?
Dry spaghetti | 1 Pound , cooked according to package directions | |
Bacon | 1/4 Pound | |
Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Eggs | 2 , scrambled | |
Black pepper | 1 Teaspoon |
MAKING:
Saute bacon in pan and cook until browned.
Add cooked pasta and stir well.
Add pasta water and turn off heat.
Whisk together egg, parmesan cheese and pour into skillet.
Add pepper and cheese to taste. Stir well.
SERVING:
Serve immediately and enjoy!
