Gluten Free Simple Shrimp Pasta

KC the G-Free Foodie shows you how to make this Simple Shrimp Pasta with ingredients from Whole Foods Market!


Gluten free pasta 9 Ounce , cooked as per package directions (1 package Manini's Gluten Free Fresh Roasted Garlic Fettuccini)
Raw shrimp 1 Pound , peeled and deveined (medium)
Shallots 3 , minced
Grape tomatoes 10 , halved
Fresh basil leaves 7 , julienned
Olive oil 5 Tablespoon , divided
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Shaved parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon (optional)



Heat a large skillet with 4 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté shallots in it.

Add shrimp and sauté well.

Add tomatoes and allow to cook.

Add basil, pasta and toss well.

Season with salt and pepper.

Top with parmesan cheese before serving.


Serve and enjoy!
