This easy fettuccine Alfredo recipe comes together in a snap with only a few ingredients. Fettuccine, cream, Parmesan cheese are all you need!
|Fettuccine pasta||8 Ounce|
|Butter||2 Ounce (4 tablespoons)|
|Minced garlic||1/2 Teaspoon (about 1 clove)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 cup)|
|Heavy cream||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1.In a large pot, boil fettuccine according to package directions.
2.Once the pasta is done, drain quickly.
3.In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic in it for 20 seconds.
4.Add to melted butter with garlic and toss well.
5.Add cream, parmesan and stir well to coat. Allow to simmer for few minutes until well thickened and coated.
6.Sprinkle pepper, cheese or parsley before serving.
7.Serve and enjoy!
