Frozen Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

Vanilla greek yoghurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Lemon zest 1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Strawberry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Granola 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Blueberries 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Blackberries 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a mixing bowl, combine yoghurt, honey and lemon zest. Squeezed lemon in it too.

2. Put it in the fridge.

3. To put the parfait together – put granola in a glass, followed by some blue berries and black berries, add frozen yoghurt and strawberries.

SERVING

4. Garnish with mint and serve chilled.
