Ingredients

Plain low fat yogurt
Orange peel 1 Tablespoon , grated
Honey 1 Tablespoon
Orange 1 , peeled and cut in bite
Banana 1
Apple pieces 1 , cut into bite size pieces

Directions

MAKING

1. In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, orange peel, and honey.

FINALISING

2. Chill in freezer.

SERVING

3. In 4 parfait glasses, layer fruit and yogurt mixture.

4. Serve immediately or keep in refrigerator until served.
