Walkers Shortbread Parfait

Ingredients

Raspberries 16 Ounce
Canned peach slices 16 Ounce , chopped (Or Jarred)
Medium sherry 2 Teaspoon
Greek style yogurt 16 Ounce (Plain / Vanilla)
Shortbread 10 1/2 Ounce , crisp, washed and torn into bite sized peices (2 Packets Walkers Of 5.3 Ounce)

Directions

MAKING

1. Take a bowl and add sherry and raspberries. Save some raspberries for garnish.

2. Take 8 parfait glasses, crystal goblets, or sundae dishes and spoon yogurt, and fruit and alternate it with layers of shortbread crumbs.

3. Chill the parfait glasses.

SERVING

4. Serve the Walkers Shortbread Parfait after topping with raspberries and yogurt.
