Yogurt And Fruit Parfait

Strawberries 5 Tablespoon , diced
Blueberries 5 Tablespoon
Pineapple 5 Tablespoon , diced
Fresh mint 2 Tablespoon , chopped
Honey 2 Tablespoon
Vanilla yogurt 2 Pound
Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Orange zest To Taste
Lemon zest To Taste
Granola 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1) In a mixing bowl, combine the fruits with honey and mint set aside.

2) In another bowl, mix the yogurt with orange zest, orange juice and lemon zest blend thoroughly.

3) In a dessert cup, layer the fruit mixture with the yogurt mixture and top it with granola
