Strawberry Kiwi and Cornflakes Parfait Mothers Day

parfait is a cold dessert made usually of layers of ice cream or yogurt, fruit, and syrup with whipped cream on top.

Ingredients

Strawberries 4 , sliced
Kiwi 1 , sliced
Greek yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cornflakes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Honey To Taste

Directions

MAKING

1. In 2 cups or 2 plates combine all the ingredients with layers.

2. Its very simple to start by layering with a couple of tablespoons yogurt in each glass. Continue layering with strawberries, followed by yogurt, kiwi, and then cornflakes.

3. Add yogurt again, cornflakes, kiwi and strawberries.

SERVING

4. Garnish with mint and serve.
