Betty's Cherry Cheesecake Parfait

Betty demonstrates how to make Cherry Cheesecake Parfait. This is a gorgeous dessert with cheesecake and cherry pie filling layers, topped with flaked, sweetened coconut.


Instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix 1 Ounce
Sour cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Cream cheese 8 Ounce
Sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Almond extract 2 Teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Cherry pie filling can 21 Ounce (You may use homemade cherry pie filling.)
Sweetened, flaked coconut 3 Ounce



Combine pudding mix, sour cream, and cream cheese. 

Beat on medium speed of electric mixer until smooth. 

Stir in sugar and almond and vanilla flavorings. 

Spoon equal amounts into 8 parfait glasses, filling each half full. 

Add 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling. Spoon remaining pudding over top with another spoonful of pie filling. 


Garnish with coconut. Enjoy!
