How to Make Napa Valley Strawberry Balsamic Jello Parfaits

This is such a comforting desserts. Is bound to please all. Quick fix.


Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Jello 4 Tablespoon
Strawberry balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Cold water 14 Tablespoon
Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cold)
Icing sugar 3 Tablespoon
Bee pollen 1 Teaspoon



1. Add jello to boiling water and mix it well.

2. In a measuring jar, take strawberry balsamic vinegar and add cold water to it, stir well.

3. Pour the cold water and balsamic vinegar mix into the jello. Mix well. Refrigerate until the jelly is all set.

4. Take cold whipping cream in a bowl and whisk it until ribbons starts to form. Add icing sugar and continue to whisk until peaks form. Place it in the refrigerator until ready to assemble.


5. Slice jello into cubes.

6. Drizzle strawberry balsamic vinegar at the bottom of parfait glass.

7. Layer with a spoonfull of whipped cream. Top it with jello cubes. Repeat layering with cream, jello cubes and then cream again.


8. Sprinkle bee pollen over the dessert and serve cold.
