Low Carb Chocolate Pancakes

Chocolate Pancakes! Need I say more.yum! Enjoy!


Eggs 4 Large
Sugar free sweetener 2 Tablespoon
Almond flour 2 Tablespoon
Unsweetened cocoa powder 2 Tablespoon (hersey unsweetened cocoa powder)
Cinnamon powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Liquid sweetener 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (davinci syrup Liquid sweetener)
Soft cream cheese 4 Ounce , softened
Baking powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Coconut oil 1 Tablespoon



1. In a magic bullet or blender, add in all the ingredients and together. Let the mixture rest for a couple of minutes.

2. In a griddle, pour in the coconut oil and heat. Pour in the batter as shown in the video and let it cook until the sides become dry. Flip and cook for a minute.


3. Top the pancakes with whipped cream, almonds and sugar free sweetener. Serve and enjoy!
