|Vanilla protein powder||1 1/2 Tablespoon (1 scoop)|
|Ripe banana||1/2 Medium|
|Egg white||1 Medium (or liquid white|
|Cinnamon||1 Teaspoon (to taste) (Optional)|
|Ground flaxseed||1 Tablespoon (Optional)|
|Non stick cooking spray||1|
1. In a bowl add all the ingredients except the cooking spray and mix well either using a fork or immersion blender.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and spray cooking oil. Pour the batter and cook till done on both the sides.
