High Protein Pancakes (Low Carb)

Enjoy this high protein, gluten free, vegetarian breakfast. Add a piece of fruit for a perfect start to your day.


Vanilla protein powder 1 1/2 Tablespoon (1 scoop)
Ripe banana 1/2 Medium
Egg white 1 Medium (or liquid white
Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon (to taste) (Optional)
Ground flaxseed 1 Tablespoon (Optional)
Non stick cooking spray 1



1. In a bowl add all the ingredients except the cooking spray and mix well either using a fork or immersion blender.

2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and spray cooking oil. Pour the batter and cook till done on both the sides.


3. Serve the pancake hot with peanut butter and fruits like strawberries or blueberries.
