Ingredients

Flour 1 1/3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
Sugar 3 Tablespoon (Leveled)
Salt 1 Pinch
Baking powder 1 3/4 Teaspoon
Eggs 2
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Butter 3 Tablespoon
Blue berries 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Banana 1/2

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the griddle to 350 degrees F.

2. In a large mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients and sift them.

3. In a bowl, mix all the wet ingredients, the eggs, milk and butter together.Beat well.

4. Mix the wet ingredients in the dry ingredients. Stir everything together.

MAKING

5. On the pre heated griddle, drop a third of a cup of batter.

6. Add toppings of your choice like blueberries or banana slices. Once done on one side, flip them to cook on the other side.

7. Keep them stored in a warm oven.

SERVING

8. Drizzle syrup on top and serve right away.
