Orange Flambe Pancakes

Ingredients

Pancake batter 1/2 Pint
Orange juice 1 , juiced and warmed
Icing sugar 1 Ounce
Rum 3 Tablespoon , warmed

Directions

MAKING

1) Make pancake batter and then pour it in a 9-inch pan into a hot pan. Make pancakes. 2) Pour over orange juice, dredge with icing sugar and sprinkle with rum.

3) Stand well back and set alight.

SERVING

4) Serve Orange Flambe Pancakes immediately.
