Ingredients

Potatoes 2 , shredded fine or processed in food processor
Egg yolk 1 (Whole Egg After Age 1)
Flour 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1.In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes with egg yolk and flour.

2.Heat oil in a skillet and spread the mixture using a spoon.

3.Cook from both sides until brown.

SERVING

4.Serve warm.
