No Milk Potato Pancakes

Ingredients

Grated raw potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Whole eggs 2 , beaten
Onion 1 , grated
Salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Flour 2 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Take large potatoes and peel them.

2) Soak the potatoes in cold water for many hours.

3) Grate the potatoes.

4) Drain the potatoes and keep aside.

5) Take the frying pan or griddle and grease it.

MAKING

6) Put onion, beaten eggs, salt and flour.

7) Drop the batter by spoonfuls over a hot frying pan.

8) Make one side brown and then turn the side of the pancake.

9) Cook for few minutes to make the other side brown as well.

SERVING

10) Serve the pancake with applesauce or sour cream.

11) Serve the pancakes on 22 individual serving plates.

TIPS

12) Make the miniature size pancakes. They can be served as a good appetizer.

13) You can keep the pancakes hot by keeping them on the warming plate.
