Potato Latkes Pancakes

Potatoes 6 , peeled and grated
Onion 1 , skinned and finely chopped
Eggs 2 , beaten
Flour 50 Gram
Salt 1 Pinch
Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)



1) Mix together the onions and potatoes and add the beaten eggs. Stir well.

2) Add the salt and flour.

3) In a heavy frying pan, heat the fat.

4) Divide the prepared mixture into tablespoonfuls and fry till golden brown in color, turning once.

5) Drain on kitchen paper.


6) Serve the Potato Latkes Pancakes while still very hot. A dip or sauce of preference can be served on the side. Makes a good appetizer or snack.
