This is a super fast and healthy food suitable to eat anytime. As you can see besan ka puda is bachelor's delight. Besan aka Gram flour is famous as high protein, low garb and diabetic friendly. Great if fried in Canola or Olive oil.

Ingredients

Gram flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Onion 1
Chili 4
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Oil 2 Tablespoon

Directions

Smooze your roommate and cajole him to cook.

Make gram flour paste by mixing water.

Cut onion and chilli in small pieces.

Mix onion and chilli to paste.

Add salt for taste.

Sprinkle oil in frying pan

Spread flour paste in pan.

Cook well on both side.

Eat right away.
