White sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Egg | 1 , beaten | |
Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Bananas | 2 , mash (about 1 cup) | |
Cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon (optional) | |
Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon (optional) |
Making
In one bowl combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, sugar).
In one bowl mash the banana and add the egg, and the milk.
Combine the milk mixture with the flour mixture. Stir until the flour is wet.
Preheat a pan or a griddle to about 350 degrees.
Spray the griddle with non-stick spray and pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan for each pancake.
Cook until the pancake is bubbly on one side, then flip and cook on the other side.
