Craving something sweet but don't feel like indulging in something overly sugary? Why not try these banana, chocolate and raspberry pancakes? Guess what? They're whole wheat and only have 1 tbsp of added sugar (omitting the maple syrup haha) plus, they're they've got antioxidants from the chocolate and vitamins and such from the fruits. Did I mention they were whole wheat?

Ripe banana | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , mashed | |
Vanilla extract | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Ground cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1 Pinch | |
Whole wheat flour | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
Chopped bittersweet chocolate/Chocolate chips | 3 Tablespoon | |
Raspberries | 3 Tablespoon , halved ((frozen or fresh, plus 2 | |

Maple syrup | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |

MAKING:
In a bowl, combine egg white and milk. Whisk until frothy.
Add yogurt, banana, vanilla, brown sugar and whisk well.
Add baking powder, cinnamon, whole wheat flour and mix well.
Fold in chocolate, raspberries and incorporate into batter.
Scoop mounds of batter onto oil-greased, hot pan.
Cook until bubbles appear and flip the pancake. Cook until golden brown.
Plate and garnish with raspberries, banana slices and maple syrup.
