How To Make Fluffy Oatmeal Pancakes

Oatmeal pancakes, a.k.a. Oatmeal cookie pancakes- thick, fluffy whole wheat pancakes flavored with oats and cinnamon. An all-in-one breakfast that couldn't get better!


Whole wheat flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Pinch
Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
Instant oats 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Egg 1
Milk 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (it doesn't make much of a difference
Yogurt 2 Tablespoon
Vanilla extract 1/2 Teaspoon
Dark chocolate chunks 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (optional)
Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
Maple syrup 1 Tablespoon (optional, for serving)
Mixed berries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (optional, for serving)



In a bowl, combine oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and brown sugar. Mix well.

Add egg, milk, yogurt, vanilla and blend to combine. Fold in chocolate chunks if been used.

Grease pan with oil. Spoon batter and spread as shown in the video.

Cook for 2-3 minutes each side until golden brown.

Garnish with berries and maple syrup if desired.
