Mixed Sprouts Pancakes

This easy-to-make pancake is a sumptuous snack you can have anytime, as it is made with an instant batter of rice flour that requires no fermentation. Easy though it is, there is a lot of innovation inside these exciting Mixed Sprouts Pancakes. Ingredients

For the batter
Rice flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (chawal ka atta)
Grated potatoes 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , peeled
Crushed peanuts 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
For the topping
Boiled mixed sprouts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (red chana, chawli, moong, rajma etc)
Finely chopped coriander 2 Tablespoon (dhania)
Finely chopped green chillies 2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Oil 2 Tablespoon (For greasing)

Making

For the batter

Combine all the ingredients in a deep blow along with cup of water and mix well to get a batter of dropping consistency. Keep aside.

Finalizing

Heat a non-stick mini uttapa pan and grease it with alittle oil.

Once hot, pour a spoonful of batter and spread it evenly.

Spread a 1 tsp of the topping evenly over each pancake and press it lightly, so the topping sticks well to the pancakes.

Cook using a little oil till both the sides turn golden brown in colour.

Serving

Serve immediately.
