I made these awesome blueberry pancakes that are super fluffy and light, you'll never know that it's made of all natural ingredients!
Fresh blueberries | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
Whole wheat flour | 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
Ground cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Baking soda | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Egg | 1 | |
Milk | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Yoghurt | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
Oil | 1 Tablespoon |
MAKING:
In a bowl, combine honey and oil. Place in microwave until ingredients melt and blend well.
Add yogurt, egg, milk and whisk until smooth.
Add baking powder, baking soda, salt, whole wheat flour and mix gently. Add blueberries and fold in.
Heat a non-stick pan and grease with oil.
Pour ¼ cup of prepared batter and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Stack them up and serve with blueberries and maple syrup.
