Bananas | 2 , mashed | |
Egg | 1 | |
Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
Whey protein | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250ml) | |
Blueberries | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Handful) | |
Raspberries | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Handful) | |
Honey | 1 Dash | |
Greek yoghurt | 1 Tablespoon (1 dollop) | |
Coconut oil | 2 Tablespoon |
MAKING:
In a large bowl, combine bananas, whey, egg, vanilla extract and mix well.
Heat coconut oil in a frying pan until it melts and spoon the mixture to make pancakes. Flip halfway to cook other side.
Top with berries, yogurt and drizzle honey before serving.
