Protein And Berry Pancakes

Check out this healthy way to start the day with the body coach, Joe Wicks! These protein and berry pancakes are the best, healthy alternative for breakfast!


Bananas 2 , mashed
Egg 1
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Whey protein 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250ml)
Blueberries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Handful)
Raspberries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Handful)
Honey 1 Dash
Greek yoghurt 1 Tablespoon (1 dollop)
Coconut oil 2 Tablespoon



In a large bowl, combine bananas, whey, egg, vanilla extract and mix well.

Heat coconut oil in a frying pan until it melts and spoon the mixture to make pancakes. Flip halfway to cook other side.

Top with berries, yogurt and drizzle honey before serving.



Serve and enjoy!
