Plain flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Salt | 1 Pinch | |
Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
Cinnamon powder | 1 Pinch (large pinch) | |
Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Butter | 1 Tablespoon , melted and warm | |
Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Vanilla essence | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
For chocolate pancake | ||
Cocoa powder | 2 Tablespoon |
MAKING
In a medium bowl, mix together plain flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon powder, olive oil, milk and vanilla essence. Do not over mix and set aside for 5 minutes.
Divide the batter in half and add in cocoa powder to one of the batch. Pour chocolate batter in a bottle.
Grease a non – tick an with some butter and make your favorite art using the chocolate batter as shown in the video and let it cook for a few seconds.
Pour the vanilla batter on top and cook on low – medium flame for half a minute, until bubble appears. Flip it over and cook for another half a minute and remove to a plate. Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients.
SERVING
Serve warm topped with butter and honey or any sauce of your choice like maple syrup or caramel sauce.
