Mini Cinnamon Sugar Doughnut Muffins ADDICTIVE

Melt-in-your mouth mini cinnamon sugar doughnut muffins!! I thought that by making them tiny that would keep me from eating several..smh...let us pray.

Gosh these little cuties are so divine! Light, fluffy, buttery, "cinnamony", all that!! I normally serve these for brunch or in place of coffee cake but I've also served them for breakfast in place of pancakes or French toast.

The ingredients are simple and so is the process. What you get is a amazing moist, pillowy muffins that tastes like an old fashioned doughnut!


White sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Unsalted butter 12 Tablespoon , softened (1½ sticks)
Packed light brown sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Eggs 2 (lightly beaten)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Almond extract 1/4 Teaspoon
All purpose flour
Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
Baking powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Baking soda 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Almond milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For cinnamon sugar coating
Unsalted butter 8 Tablespoon , melt
Granulated sugar 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Cinnnamon 1 Tablespoon
