Salt and Pepper Squid is a deliciously simple, deep fried, seafood sensation. Squid pieces are coated in a lightly spiced flour mixture, then deep fried until golden and crisp. Whole squid 900 Gram
Plain flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Corn flour 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Vegetable oil 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Tartare sauce To Taste (((for dipping)))
