Slow Cooker Winter Vegetable Soup is an excellent winter warmer. Fresh Vegetables are combined with Chicken Stock, Lentils, Split Peas and Barley to create a deliciously thick and hearty soup. Potatoes 2 Large , washed, peeled, diced
Carrot 1 Large , washed, peeled, diced
Brown onion 1 Large , peeled and chopped
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , crushed
Chicken stock 2 Liter (Liquid)
Grains 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Barley, Split Peas, Lentils
Shredded cooked chicken breast To Taste (optional)
Diced bacon To Taste (optional)
