Meat Pies are an Australian icon. A delicious, thick, meaty filling is enveloped in a shortcrust pastry base and a puff pastry lid. Easy to make and quick to cook, you'll never go back to the frozen pies again - give it a go!


Frozen shortcrust pastry sheet 2 , thawed
Frozen puff pastry sheet 2 , thawed
Beef mince 500 Gram
Brown onion 1 , chopped
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Corn flour 1 Tablespoon (Corn Starch)
Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
Beef stock 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Tomato ketchup 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Egg 1 , lightly beaten
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
