Tomato Mozzarella Salad

I think celery is one of those vegetables that never seem to get noticed in dishes as we tend to use it as a flavoring instead of a main ingredient.


Avocado 1 Large , sliced into large chunks
Tomatoes 2 Large , diced
Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Fresh mozzarella 1 Cup (16 tbs) , diced
Basil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , torned
For dressing
Extra virgin olive oil 4 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Balsamic vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Salt and pepper To Taste



For dressing - in a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients and set aside.

For salad – in a large bowl, add in all the ingredients and pour the dressing. Toss well.


Serve the salad with some grilled chicken.
