Speedy Microwave Spuds

Ingredients

Frozen hash browns 1 Pound
Creamed chicken soup 10 1/2 Ounce (1 Can)
Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped onions 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Grated sharp cheddar cheese 5 Ounce
Crushed corn flakes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a glass casserole, take hash browns. Microwave on medium-low for 10 minutes or until it thaws.

2. Add soup, sour cream, onions, butter, salt, pepper and cheese. Mix it well.

3. In a bowl, mix corn flakes and melted butter. Top it over the above mixture.

4. Microwave on medium high for 14-16 minutes.

5. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.

SERVING

6. To serve Speedy Spuds, sprinkle grated cheese over it.
