Creme De Menthe And Onion Omelette

Ingredients

Onions 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chopped
Creme de menthe 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Eggs 4 , beaten
Salt To Taste
Louisiana hot sauce To Taste

Directions

Marinate onions overnight in creme de menthe.

Drain.

Beat eggs, add salt and hot sauce.

Then cook as you would a regular omelet, adding onions last.
