Make Ahead Omelette Bake

Ingredients

Egg whites 32 Ounce (1 carton)
Baby spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs) , chopped
Chopped cremini mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Coconut oil 1 Tablespoon (for greasing)
Honey roasted turkey 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped (breast)
Grated parmesan cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , divided
Ground black pepper To Taste
Himalayan pink salt To Taste , ground

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 400F.

Grease pie baking dish with coconut oil.

MAKING:

Pour egg whites into baking dish and top with spinach leaves, mushrooms and turkey breast.

Top with half the quantity of parmesan cheese.

Sprinkle salt, pepper and mix well. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese over top and pop into oven.

Bake until golden brown.

Once done, allow to set for a while.
