Egg white/½ cup liquid egg whites | 2 | |
Butter | 1 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1 Dash | |
Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Dried herb de provence/Tarragon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Torn kale | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , washed ((1 small handful)) | |
Cherry tomatoes | 4 , halved | |
Cooked quinoa | 2 Tablespoon | |
Slivered almonds/Pumpkin seeds | 1 Tablespoon |
MAKING:
1.In a bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.
2.Heat pan for 30 seconds.
3.Add butter and spread well.
4.Add egg whites and swirl to spread and sprinkle salt, dried herb de provence and pepper over it.
5.Pull the uncooked eggs towards center as shown in the video.
6.Once set, add kale, tomatoes, quinoa, almonds and fold.
