Egg White Omelet- Co-Starring Yoga With Adriene!

Ingredients

Egg white/ cup liquid egg whites 2
Butter 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Dash
Pepper 1 Dash
Dried herb de provence/Tarragon 1/4 Teaspoon
Torn kale 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , washed (1 small handful)
Cherry tomatoes 4 , halved
Cooked quinoa 2 Tablespoon
Slivered almonds/Pumpkin seeds 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING:

In a bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.

Heat pan for 30 seconds.

Add butter and spread well.

Add egg whites and swirl to spread and sprinkle salt, dried herb de provence and pepper over it.

Pull the uncooked eggs towards center as shown in the video.

Once set, add kale, tomatoes, quinoa, almonds and fold
