Learn how to make a fluffy or foamy Omelette. These are easy to make, and you can turn 4 eggs into a meal for 2. You will needs eggs, flour, salt, water, and butter to make this dish. This recipe is great for a beginner cook.

Ingredients

Eggs 4
Flour 1 Teaspoon
Water 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat oven to 250F.

 

MAKING

2. Break the eggs, and put whites and yolks in seperate bowl.

3. Beat the yolks until light yellow in color. Add flour and whisk again.

4. Beat the whites until dry and foamy. Add water and salt, gently fold in.

5. Add the yolk mixture to the whites mixture and mix gently.

6. In a pan melt butter, add in the egg mixture and spread evenly, allow to cook for about a minute.

7. Bake at 250F for 10 to 12 minutes.

 

SERVING

8. Serve with toasted bread slices.
