|Pitted black olives||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Garlic clove||1 Medium , peeled|
|Sweet onion||15 Gram (One small piece used)|
|Whole wheat bread||2 Medium , toasted|
|Tomato||1 Medium , sliced thinly|
1. Into the chopper or food processor, put the pitted olives, garlic clove and a small piece of sweet onion. Pulse to coarsely mix.
2. Take the toasted slices of bread, cut them into half, if desired. Smear the prepared olive spread topped with a slice of tomato.
3. Serve as an after-school snack and enjoy!
