Christmas Cheer - Nonalcoholic Holiday Beverage

Betty demonstrates how to make Christmas Cheer, a nonalcoholic holiday beverage. This is a great family-friendly drink for the holiday season (or for anytime!).

Ingredients

Grape juice 1 Quart
Water 1 Quart
White sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Nutmeg 1
Cinnamon stick 1
Whole cloves 1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING:

1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.

2. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

3. Remove nutmeg, cinnamon stick, and cloves, if desired.

SERVING:

4. Cool and pour into glasses, adding an ice cube to each glass when serving. Delicious!
