Slow Cooker Peach Pecan Oatmeal

Ingredients

Dates 4 , pitted, chopped
Unsweetened soy milk 4 Cup (64 tbs) (plain)
Almond extract 1 Teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Frozen peaches 1 Quart , semi thawed
Golden raisins 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (as needed)
Vietnamese cinnamon To Taste
Pecans 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (as needed)
Rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a measuring cup, mix soy milk, almond extract, and vanilla extract.

2. In slow cooker, place half of the peach at the bottom, followed by half of the chopped dates and golden raisins. Sprinkle cinnamon, add pecans and rolled oats to cover everything. Repeat the layers starting with the peach and ending with oats.

3. Pour the milk mixture on top and cook for 4 hours on HIGH.

SERVING

4. Serve hot and enjoy!
