Upside Down Pineapple Oatmeal (Slow Cooker)

Upside Down Pineapple Oatmeal made from the slow cooker. Not overly sweet, but not bland either. You could easily turn this into a dessert by adding your favorite sweetener. Get out your pen and paper!

Ingredients

Chopped pineapple 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Frozen dark sweet cherries 1 Cup (16 tbs) (about 15)
Rolled oats 2 Cup (32 tbs) (as needed)
Unsweetened coconut flakes 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (as needed)
Sweetened vanilla almond milk 2 Cup (32 tbs) (as needed)

Directions

MAKING

1. In crock pot, lay half of the pineapple, cherry, oats, and coconut flakes. Repeat the layers one more time starting with pineapple.

2. Pour almond milk on top making sure that everything is wet. Sprinkle cherries on top. Cover the pot with lid and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.

SERVING

3. Serve hot!
